Do I need to set up an account to place an order with XDynamics?

No you donʼt need an account to place an order, you always have the option to check out as a guest.
However, having an account provides some significant advantages.

What are the benefits of an online XDynamics account?

  • Track your current orders and review past purchases
  • Save your shipping address and card details for faster shopping
  • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.

Lost password or confirmation email

If you have lost access to your account, please follow the following steps:

  • Make sure youʼre trying to log in with the correct email
  • Click on the “Forgot your password” link below the login form
  • Enter your email address
  • Click on the “Rest my password” button

An email will be sent to you. To reset your password, click on the link included in the email and follow the instructions on the landing page.

What payment methods does XDynamics Ltd accept?

Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at XDynamics Ltd?

Using credit card on our site is absolutely safe. Not only we use a secured third part payment gateway to process any payment, but we also do not store any credit card information on our servers, ensuring the absolute safety of your credit card data.

What is 3D secure?

3D Secure™ (or 3DS) is a secure online payment service available for Visa and MasterCard cards. The authentication procedure is simple and involves 3 steps.
– Place your reservation and enter your credit card information.
– If the security system is activated for your card, a 3D Secure™ window will open. Your bank will ask you to verify your identity by entering an authentication code. In most cases, this is a single-use security code that is sent to you by SMS on your mobile phone.
– Once you enter the correct security code and your payment is accepted, your reservation is confirmed.

The 3D Secure™ payment system is available through your bank under the name “Verified by Visa” for Visa cards or “Mastercard SecureCode” for Mastercard cards. Please contact your bank for complete information on this service and the terms of use.

* After 3 failed authentication attempts, your transaction will be canceled and a hold will be placed on your card. In this case, you will have to contact your bank.

Which countries does XDynamics Ltd ship to?

Until further notice, XDynamics ships only to USA.

What currency does XDynamics Ltd accept?

XDynamics only accepts payment in USD.

How much taxes will I have to pay?

The prices displayed do not include taxes.
Sales tax will only be applicable when delivering to California. No other tax or duty will be applicable to deliveries to the rest of the USA. (However, all non-customs related local taxes payable are the sole responsibility of the customer. XDynamics is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to individual States)

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

Is my package insured?

Yes. All XDynamics packages are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to you. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are the customerʼs responsibility.

If your box is damaged or tampered with upon arrival, you should either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that it was damaged upon arrival.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the order is dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number within the email to check the shipping status on the carrierʼs website.
Tracking information is generally available 24h to 48h after a package is shipped
If you purchased multiple items, they may arrive separately. We will in this case provide the additional tracking numbers by email.
We generally ship within 2 workings days and delivery takes 1 to 5 days depending on where you live and the delivery option youʼve chosen.

Can I cancel my order and return my item?

You may cancel your order, either before or after shipment by sending an email to customer service stating your decision to cancel your order; provided that if your decision occurs after shipment, (i) you cancel your order during the 7 days following your receipt of the shipment, and (ii) the product is returned within 7 days of the receipt of the shipment, in good condition in its original packaging with all of its accessories and documentation, using the return form provided by XDynamics via email.

When will I be refunded and will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Where applicable, XDynamics will postpone reimbursement until XDynamics has received the parcel back, inspected it and accepted the refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with XDynamicsʼ customer service.

Is my personal information kept private?

XDynamics will not pass your information on to third parties for external marketing purposes and does not work in conjunction with any related companies who may want your personal information for reasons beyond the scope of completing your transaction with XDynamics LLC.

When will I be refunded and will I be refunded the full value of my order?
