RETURN AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your order, either before or after shipment by sending an email to customer service stating your decision to cancel your order
You are eligible for an order cancellation provided that

  • you cancel your order during the 7 days following the receipt of the shipment
  • the product is returned within 7 days of the receipt of the shipment
  • the product is returned unused, in good condition, in its original packaging with all of its accessories and documentation
  • you use the return form and stickers provided by XDynamics LLC via email.
  • Lithium batteries are considered as dangerous goods and must accompanied with the appropriate labels.

Customers that purchased products from an XDynamics LLC distributor/vendor seeking a refund will have to request reimbursement from the original distributor/vendor.

Refunds

Reimbursement will be initiated only after XDynamics LLC has received the parcel back, inspected it and accepted the refund.
The refund will be initiated within 3 working days after the acceptance by XDynamics LLC and will be fulfilled on your original method of payment.
XDynamics cannot commit to a refund time frame as this will depend partly on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipment

XDynamics LLC will be responsible for shipping to the customer after repair/replacement ONLY. The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges related to returning the product to XDynamics LLC or one of the XDynamics LLC authorized repair facilities. Products must be shipped in their original packaging or otherwise suitably protected to avoid damage during shipping. XDynamics LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipment. XDynamics LLC will only be responsible for packages that are verified as having been received into our warehouse via a shipment tracking number provided by the customer’s shipping company. We strongly advise customers returning an item to insure their package(s) with the shipping company they choose to use.

Return of Faulty or Damaged Items

All our products undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us at support@xdynamics.com within 48 hours with your order number for a return authorization. All return items should return to us within 15 days after confirmation. Any problem reports made after 48 hours may not be honored.

All items must be returned in the same conditions as sent, in the original packages and have all original tags, labels, plastic wrap, if any. Please state that the parcel is a ‘returned Item’. In case of damage caused by inappropriate use of treatment of the product, no warranty or refund is provided.
Upon receipt the returned item(s) we will send back the correct item(s) to you. The shipping cost of sending incorrect / faulty & damaged item(s) will be fully refunded. 

Return of Faulty or Damaged Batteries

XDynamics does not accept returns of faulty or damaged batteries.
If your battery is faulty or damaged and still under warranty, please get in touch with our customer service who will evaluate your claim. If your claim is deemed valid, XDynamics will require a proof of disposal of your battery at a recycling center before sending you a brand new one at no cost.
